  1. What if i have an allergy?

    If you have an allergy that could harm your health please contact the restaurant directly before you place your order. We can help you to do that: Chat now

    We strongly advise that you also contact the restaurant directly to confirm your requests.

  2. Why aren’t Touch2success able to guarantee my meal wont effect my allergies?

    We would love to be able to provide this information to you directly. But only the takeaway will know what ingredients will go into their food, so they will be able to provide you with the most accurate information.

  3. Why cant Touch2success provide me with information regarding food allergies directly?

    Takeaways change the ingredients they use all the time and Touch2success may not always have the most up to date information.

    We do not want to put anyone’s health at risk so we recommend that you speak to the takeaway directly who will provide you with the most accurate information.

  4. How does Touch2success make sure the allergy information that we provide is accurate and up to date?

    When a takeaway signs up with Touch2success they provide is with a copy of their latest menu. Our New Business Team will then contact the takeaway and ensure that we have all information required to ensure we complete the menu in the most accurate way. The Takeaway is always welcome to contact us to update this information at any time.

  5. How can i contact the takeaway directly?

    You can contact the takeaway directly by going to their Contact Us page. Here you will find their Telephone Number, address and a form that will send an email to the Takeaway.

  6. Doesn’t the law require all food businesses to provide information in regards to food allergies?

    Yes that’s right!

    It is the takeaways responsibility to provide this information to consumers as they are independent from Touch2success.

    We will always do our best to put you in touch with the takeaway so that your requirements can be discussed.

  7. Does Touch2success do anything to help takeaways comply with the law?

    Touch2success have worked with the Food Standards Agency to ensure that takeaways are aware of their responsibilities when it comes to complying with the Food Information Regulation.

    We have recently introduced a poster that displays a list of the 14 Major Allergens and how food needs to be labelled to comply with the Food Information Regulation. The aim of this poster is to ensure that takeaways are fully aware of the required information. We have sent the posters to a number of Wholesalers to supply to their customers as well as Takeaways directly.
